Having seen and photographed a number of live gigs there over the past couple of years, I can’t say it’s the best venue for live music despite all the best local and international bands appearing there. If the place gets really packed, it’s extremely hot and the acoustics aren’t the best.
However, the downstairs bar has a great vibe and the revamped rooftop beer garden is brilliant in the summer.

I love the Corner as a live music venue. Accoustics are fine if you stand nearish the front and towards the centre. In terms of viewing the band, its great if its not too packed.
Definitely one of my favourite places to watch a band.
Dont like the plastic beer cups much but hey, cant do much about that!
